I’m Jonathan Smith, founder of Buffr. Before this, I spent years as a USPS carrier — pounding pavement, meeting people where they live, and seeing firsthand how small business owners hustle day after day. That gave me two convictions: hard work matters, and time is priceless.

When I stepped into the detailing world, I saw detailers with incredible skill struggling to keep their schedules full. Not because they weren’t good at their craft, but because the game of lead generation, ads, and algorithms seemed almost impossible to figure out.

I built Buffr on three core values:
