PLAIN-LANGUAGE SUMMARY

Buffr sells access to individual customer leads. Each lead is purchased one at a time with immediate payment at checkout. Buffr does not sell detailing services and does not guarantee booked jobs.

If a lead is invalid due to a verified error on Buffr’s side, Buffr may issue an account credit that can be used toward future lead purchases. Credits are not cash, are non-transferable, and expire after 180 days. Refunds are rare and issued only when legally required or for confirmed systemic errors.


1. MARKETPLACE ROLE

Buffr operates a lead marketplace.

– Buffr sells access to customer leads only.
– Buffr does not provide detailing services.
– Buffr is not a party to agreements between customers and independent detailers.
– Independent detailers set their own prices, schedules, and warranties and are responsible for their services.


2. LEAD PURCHASE MODEL

– Leads are purchased individually through Buffr’s website.
– Payment is required immediately at checkout.
– An electronic receipt or invoice is generated for each lead purchase.
– Lead access is delivered digitally and is considered a non-physical, digital product.


3. NO GUARANTEE OF WORK

– Purchasing a lead does not guarantee a booked job.
– Customer decisions, pricing negotiations, scheduling conflicts, and service outcomes are outside Buffr’s control.
– Buffr does not guarantee conversion rates, job value, or customer responsiveness.


4. ELIGIBLE LEAD ISSUES

A lead may qualify for a remedy only if one of the following is verified by Buffr:

A. Invalid Contact Information
– The phone number or email address is non-working or incorrect.
– The partner made reasonable contact attempts within allowed hours.

B. Verified Consent Error
– Required consent records are missing or invalid.
– An opt-out request was not honored within required timeframes.

C. True Duplicate Lead
– The same customer and same service request were delivered to the same partner within a short time period due to a system error.


5. NON-ELIGIBLE ISSUES

The following are not eligible for credits or refunds:

– Customer did not answer or respond.
– Customer chose another provider.
– Pricing disagreements or quote rejections.
– No-shows or cancellations.
– Scheduling conflicts or availability issues.
– Workmanship or service quality disputes.
– Leads contacted outside permitted hours or messaging limits.
– Failure to follow up promptly or professionally.
– Leads outside the partner’s service area if the profile was not kept current.


6. DISPUTE SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

– Lead issues must be reported within three (3) business days of purchase.
– Submissions must include:
– Lead identifier or receipt reference
– Description of the issue
– Supporting evidence when applicable
– Buffr may request additional information to verify the claim.

Failure to submit within the required window may result in denial.


7. REMEDIES

A. Account Credits (Primary Remedy)
– Approved issues are resolved by issuing an account credit.
– Credits may be applied only toward future lead purchases.
– Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.
– Credits expire one hundred eighty (180) days after issuance.
– Unused credits expire automatically and are forfeited.

B. Refunds (Rare)
– Refunds to the original payment method are issued only when:
– Required by law
– A confirmed systemic error occurred
– A chargeback or payment processor dispute applies
– Buffr retains sole discretion in determining refund eligibility.


8. ABUSE PREVENTION

Buffr reserves the right to:
– Deny claims that show patterns of abuse
– Limit future remedies for repeated or unsupported disputes
– Pause lead access for misuse or policy violations
– Require additional verification before issuing credits


9. FINAL DETERMINATION

All determinations regarding lead issues, eligibility, and remedies are made by Buffr in its sole discretion, consistent with this Policy.


10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

Buffr may update this Lead Policy at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date.


11. MARKETPLACE DISCLAIMER

Buffr sells lead access only.
Independent detailing businesses set their own prices, schedules, and warranties.
Buffr does not perform services and is not responsible for workmanship.
